What delivery options are available?
Once an order has been placed, we can't change any details of your order including sizing, style, shipping address, adding/subtracting products.
Orders will be sent via Hermes Signed For and orders over £100 will be free of charge. We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible but please allow 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed.
If you place your order after 4.30pm on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday due to office working hours.
We only ship to the UK.
We are happy to offer a refund on any unwanted items up to 14 days after you purchased them, providing that they are in full re-saleable condition with all original tags and are completely unused.
Please note, if your products for return do not comply with our exchange policy then we do reserve the right to refuse refund for such items and they may be returned to you.
Please include a letter with your returned goods stating your name and that you would like a refund.
We do not accept the returns that do not come with the original delivery note. We also suggest that your returned items are sent to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that don't reach us or get lost in the post.
